The rapid growth of the practice of
Aromatherapy has made it a "Must-Have"
modality in Spas, Salons and among
discerning Clientele. The Three Day
Aromatherapy Workshop was designed
to provide a strong background and
knowledge of the application and properties
of Essential Oils which will enhance
the practice of Massage and other
healing modalities.
You can take all three days, or
any day individually. Each class
is approved for 6 CEU's by the NCBTMB
Cat A and the Florida Department
of Health. A total of 18 CEU's is
given for all three days.

AROMATHERAPY
ESSENTIALS
is
a 6 hour introduction which includes
the history of Aromatherapy, methods
of extraction, properties and
contraindications of 15 essential
oils most appropriate for massage,
and more. You will learn ways
to apply and market Aromatherapy
in your practice, as well as the
personal benefits of using the
extracts and have a hands-on opportunity
to blend an Aromatherapy Treatment
oil for yourself or a client.
AROMATHERAPY
FULL BODY TREATMENT
teaches
the deeply relaxing, easily-delivered
pattern developed by leaders in
the field and practiced at Micheline
Arcier in London and fine resorts
and salons in the U.S. Discussion
of theory and demonstration precedes
the opportunity to both give and
receive this soothing, deeply
healing experience. Tables and
linens are required for this 6
hour workshop.
ADVANCED
BLENDING
explores
the qualities and uses of 16 more
advanced essences and provides
suggested blends for issues commonly
encountered in a massage or other
healing practice. Resources and
information about the business
aspect of Aromatherapy is also
included and there is another
opportunity to create a blend.

Shellie
Enteen,
a
graduate of New York University
and the Swedish Institute, has
been teaching Aromatherapy since
1990 at Palm Beach Community College
and throughout the U.S. for LMT
Success Group. She has trained
the staff at prestigious Spa/Resorts,
such as the "W" Hotel
Times Square. Shellie authored
"Inside Aromatherapy -- how
to recognize and offer a quality
Aromatherapy experience,"
which appeared in the July 2001
issue of "Massage Today,"
and "Aromatherapy to the
Rescue" in the Winter 2002
issue of "Aromatherapy Journal."
She is founder and President of
Aroma Magic, Inc. and is the Southeast
Florida Regional Director for
NAHA (National Association for
Holistic Aromatherapy.)
